Hi Mr Shady then all what i can say is the way you talken to me have driven me crazy .
Then lets talk and without any faces , i try to reach a good method here to be a frind to every one , because i was out side my country for along time and have none here .

اسمح لي ان اتكلم بالعربية الان لان بحوزتي من المفردات ما اجهل ترجمته الان

فلنبدأ الحوار على الشكل التالي

أفصح انا عن مفهومي لمكنون الحرية في اعتقادي

ثم تفعل انت

الحرية هي ممارسة الانسان لاختياراته

من نية وفعل وعمل

ثم هذه الثلاث انما لها حدود ما

فالشرط الاول ان لا تتعدى على حقوق الاخرين اذ ثمة حقوق لهم كما لي كما لك كما للجميع هنا وهناك

والشرط الثاني ان لا تتعدى حدود الشرع والدين واللياقة العامة بحسب العرف والتقاليد المتبعة في المجتمع المحيط بالانسان وعليه يكون قياس اللياقة العامة فتجد انه من اللياقة عند البعص ان لا تجلس المرأة في مجلس الرجال ولو انهم لا يعتقدون التحريم طبعا فليس حراما لكن هذا ما يعتبرونه لياقة بينما تجد في مجتمعات اخرى انه ليس من اللياقة ان تنعزل هي، فسبحان الله مقلب القلوب

ثم هذا التعدي على نوعين

1-)نوع في حق النفس وهذا يسأل عنه في الاخرة

2-)نوع في حق الغير وتجب العودة عنه واستسماح الاخر صاحب الحق والا فللقاضي ان شاء زجره وقد يعزره او يعاقبه بشيء

فثمة حدود للحرية عند اشارات الحظر لدى الاخرين
