if you want to beat those negative thoughts

all you need is to feed your mind with positive affirmations.


They can overcome

persistent negative thought and help to



promote a healthy state of mind


always talk to yourself on how good you are

and how well you could do

alwayes asure your mind that you are able to do it


affirmations are some of those

I use and which may be helpful for you.


You can also develop others of your own

affirmation and consider what it means to you in your life.

Tell yourself:


i deserve to be happy and successful*


I have the power to change *


I can make my own choices and decisions*

*am free to choose to live as


I wish and to give priority to my desires *



I wish no matter what my circumstances *


I act with confidence having a general plan *

and accept plans are open to alteration *

It is enough to have done my best

I deserve to be loved *



Affirmations will free you,

add your own and put the list

somewhere you can see it everyday
