Greetings, readers, and welcome to the Time Out Dubai e-Guide. There’s plenty going on in town despite the summer meltdown, but if you only do one thing this month, make it a visit to the on-going BG Photographer of the Year exhibition in the Wafi Mall. With more than 90 stunning images and accompanying tales of tense hours waiting for a killer shot, the extensive show includes portraits, anthropomorphic studies of daily animal behaviour, action shots, landscapes, analyses of colour and form and documentary images. The show represents the best of the best in the world of wildlife photography, and its free to view until August 30. Don’t miss it.
