Please pass on to those who might find this of interest, SA The Palestine Litigation Project The Palestine Litigation Project, a group of American lawyers and activists is currently engaged in studying the possibility of bringing legal action against Israel in American courts for wrongs against humanity. People involved in national struggles have often resorted to the courts to rectify wrongs and to establish claims and rights. Our intent is to bring recognition and justice to the rights of the Palestinian people. Therefore, we are looking for, 1. Men and women who are willing to participate in these actions as plaintiffs. They may be American citizens or permanent resident aliens, or they may be from anywhere in the world. A potential plaintiff is a person who has been imprisoned, tortured, expelled, or otherwise wrongfully injured, or the family of a Palestinian or other victim killed by Israel. If you wish to participate as a plaintiff in such legal action, please send us a brief de******ion of your loss or other injury at the hands of Israel. We need the name, address, telephone number and the e-mail address for each potential plaintiff. 2. A person who as an individual or as a part of a family owned land in Palestine that was confiscated by Israel to establish exclusive Jewish settlements. Please provide us with a brief de******ion of the land, your part in the ownership, how the land was confiscated and when. Also, we would like to know if the ownership is backed by a deed (Tabbo). We need the name, address, telephone number and the e-mail address for each potential plaintiff. 3. Persons who as individuals or as members of a family have been affected (personal injuries or property damage) by American manufactured or supplied equipment (bulldozers, jets, tanks, helicopters, tear gas, etc.). Send us a brief de******ion of your injuries at the hands of Israel. We need the name, address, telephone number and the e-mail address for each potential plaintiff. 4. Persons who are chosen as plaintiffs in the lawsuits will be required to give detailed accounts of their injuries or property losses. They will be required to provide any documentation of their claims that may be available; and they may be required to give personal testimony in depositions and in court. The Palestine Litigation Project will pay the travel expenses of the witnesses, and will pay for investigations and obtaining documents in support of plaintiffs claims.
